Located at 33.2m above sea level, Fugui Cape is the northmost cape in Taiwan. Originally called "Dabian" or "Dabin" by indigenous people, the cape was renamed "Fuguijiao", or Fugui Cape, in Japanese colonial times. Various ventifacts in Fugui Cape Park are considered the greatest wonder in the region. In addition to the natural scenery, there are barbecue and recreation areas in the park for tourists to enjoy. What"s worth mentioning is that all facilities in the recreation area are made from environment-friendly objects including logs, twisted ropes, and waste tires. Suspension bridges and single-plank bridges also add some thrill to your park experience. After you are done with some exciting outdoor exercise, there is also a fortress commanding beautiful ocean view in the park for you to relax.
